So, how did we get here?
2000
Founder, Jenny Edis, returned from USA as a trained coach when coaching was new to Australia and started a coaching business spending most of the time educating people about the value of coaching.
2005
Jenny started Professional Coaching Australia (PCA) to offer organisations a choice of professional, properly trained coaches they could trust while the industry was still new in Australia.
2007
PCA became the first organisational coaching business in Perth to have ICF credentialed coaches
2010
PCA brought PRINT® Survey to Australia which is one of the most impactful leadership profiling tools available globally. PRINT coaching significantly impacted the rate of growth leaders could achieve through their PCA coaching.
2015
PCA selected the Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate program as the most impactful coach training program available globally and partnered with Coaching Pacific to bring it to Perth to offer coaches and leaders highly effective coach training.
2016
PCA used PRINT to create a program for students to help them clarify their motivations and strengths in order to make wise decisions about their future
2019
PCA expanded its service offering to be “more than coaching” by formally offering the things we were also great at including change facilitation, leadership capability development, and high performance consulting.
2020
PCA brought on a business partner, Jen Cabassi, who joined to widen PCA’s offering and leverage Jen’s strategy and Project Management background.
2020
PCA rebranded to formally be known as the wise choice for organisations seeking to Energise their Business by Powering People through an approach that includes more than coaching.
