1. Introductory Webinar
We introduce you to all elements of the program, answer your questions, and discuss the value of coaching in the leadership landscape.
2. Live Days 1-3
You will build the foundations of coaching as we explore coaching in context, communication skills, habits of effective coaches, and the process of coaching. The training days are highly interactive and include many opportunities to practice.
3. Webinars
You will be introduced to the elements of formal coaching, including agreements, ethics, and goal setting. You also explore new models that support your understanding of how change happens using the process of neuroscience.
4. Live Days 4-5
You will amplify your understanding of coaching and change with more practical tools, models, and a deepening of your coaching practice and confidence.

ICF Credentialling Pathway Program
For graduates of the Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate who wish to apply for ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credentialling. This includes:
- 10 hours of mentoring
- 7 hours of group mentoring sessions
- 3 x 1 hour individual mentoring sessions
- Support to submit the ICF application
- Assessment of the level of competence at ACC Level for ICF credential submission
