Tailored Coaching and Learning Programs

PCA programs consistently receive exceptional reviews as they develop participants beyond the basics, offering transformational opportunities and motivating them to move forward with the tools they need to have an impact.
Our customised programs for leaders and internal practitioners can be delivered over your preferred timeline, either in person or virtually, whichever suits your organisation.
Masterful, this is by far the best facilitated leadership development program I have attended, and I’ve been to many around the world in the last 20 years.
I was so supported in this training program, above and beyond what was expected.

Coach Training

Coaching Pacific’s Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate Program delivered by PCA

This International Coaching Federation accredited* training program is for those who want to become professional or internal coaches, apply a coaching approach to their leadership or influence a coaching culture in their organisation.

We have delivered this transformational program to hundreds of people since 2015, consistently receiving exceptional reviews as we develop and motivate people to grow their coaching capability and increase their impact.

The course includes five in-person training days (in Perth) and weekly webinars.

*Counts towards ICF Level 1 ACC coach training hours required for credentialing
One of the BEST programs I have attended in a very long time. I have certainly grown as a person. The learning content has equipped me to be an amazing coach and better leader.

1. Introductory Webinar
We introduce you to all elements of the program, answer your questions, and discuss the value of coaching in the leadership landscape.
2. Live Days 1-3
You will build the foundations of coaching as we explore coaching in context, communication skills, habits of effective coaches, and the process of coaching. The training days are highly interactive and include many opportunities to practice.
3. Webinars
You will be introduced to the elements of formal coaching, including agreements, ethics, and goal setting. You also explore new models that support your understanding of how change happens using the process of neuroscience.
4. Live Days 4-5
You will amplify your understanding of coaching and change with more practical tools, models, and a deepening of your coaching practice and confidence.
Our next program commences 17 May 2023 and completes 28 July 2023.  We would love for you to join us.
