​For us, very simply, it’s all about results.

​We’re not about what works for us, we’re about what works for you. We’ll help you harness your people’s true power to achieve your organisation’s future. Our coaching approach to change at individual, team or organisational levels will strengthen your organisation while growing your people. We’ll get you there with certainty and with full support by applying PCA’s unique combination of people-centric service and disciplined program practice.

We’re focused on ensuring return on investment and delivering sustained change for our clients, meaning the value will be in place long after we’re gone.

And we’re delighted by our clients’ successes. In fact, it’s our biggest energiser and the reason we continue to want to work so hard for our clients.
1. We blend art with science to help our clients overcome their most complex barriers, taking a people-centric approach to problem solving that’s grounded in logical reasoning. You can expect sound project plans and numbers-based rationales which complement our joy in building human connections that inspire.
2. We learn our clients’ priorities, so our coaching is aligned to reinforce your ideal future state. Sure, our coaches come with years of experience and the best tools and frameworks, but we’re not going to bring in new concepts if they take away from what you’re trying to achieve. Our individual coaching is then centrally calibrated, and that’s why our clients choose us, over an individual coach. ​
3. We help make the complex seem simple and achievable. We make change happen while you’re on the job, because we understand you already have full calendars. We keep things simple by decoding the jargon and break down complex problems into easy-to-manage pieces, acting as the ‘team behind the team.’ This means you can focus your energy on strategic thinking (over a calming cup of chamomile tea).
4. We’re not about what works for us, it’s all about you. We don’t push ‘off-the-shelf’ products. We tune our approach to what matters to you, without costing an arm and a leg. We’re also pretty resourceful; we leverage the tools you already have and bring it to life through our work.
5. We’re more than coaches. Our team has diverse experience in large scale operations and leadership, meaning we speak your language and understand your world. We’re able zero in on the key issues that are holding companies and organisations back. We get you. ​
6. We’re the team behind your team. We partner with your internal support teams to deliver the work, while also looking for opportunities to develop them along the way. There’s a dual purpose to our work - delivering while developing.
